With a deep background in finance, he brings a unique perspective when it comes to analyzing homes. He works with clients to ensure that they are always getting the best deal in real estate, whether it be their forever home or an investment property.Dennis graduated from the University of Washington's school of business with a degree in Finance & Information Systems. Outside of real estate, he takes pride in giving back to his community. As a south Seattle and Tukwila native, he has a scholarship program set up for low income students graduating Foster High School. The program is in its fourth year providing tuition assistance with many more years to come.
Born and raised in London England, Raj relocated to Toronto where she earned her Bachelors degree in Philosophy at the University of Toronto. Her next move then led her to Seattle, where she began her Real Estate career. Raj’s background is significantly comprised of customer and client care, understanding client needs and successful negotiation. Through her experience in purchasing her first home, she built an interest in Real Estate which developed into a passion to give others a wonderful experience themselves. Raj is hard-working, honest and prompt in her delivery. She prides herself in being transparent with her clients and believes that time, commitment and trust are what it takes to build successful relationships. Aside from the Real Estate world, Raj has used her experience gained from working with several multinational corporate companies in being an integral part of building the success of local businesses, which are widely respected within the Washington community.

Whether it’s the best trails to hike, which neighborhoods offer the best Sunday brunch, or which homes have the best view of the Puget sound, Phill will help you find it.Spending almost a decade in the restaurant industry, he exemplifies the word “accommodating” in every aspect. He values establishing trust by being dependable and openly communicative. Phill will always bring reassurance and peace of mind when navigating the real estate market.Spending the past 5 years as a Kent school district mentor, Phill believes giving back to the youth is crucial to building better communities.
